For over 20 years we have been building and constantly improving a machine park that meets the production needs of box factories that produce cardboard boxes and packs. We address in particular to manufacturers of high quality and prestigious luxury boxes, the so-called Luxury Packaging.
Luxury packaging is usually used in the luxury product sector, such as for jewelry, for wine packaging, in the luxury clothing sector, such as boxes for high fashion footwear and various accessories. We have therefore designed a range of machinery to make: jewelery boxes, packaging for wine bottles, boxes for high fashion shoes, rigid boxes for board games.
Our production lines for luxury boxes are automatic or semi-automatic, thus allowing the company to evaluate the real production requirement and the amount of manual intervention that is needed.
Our machines for the construction of boxes are entirely designed, built and tested in Prato (Italy) on designs and proprietary patents.
Thanks to the constant collaboration with our most loyal customers, we always improve our machine park for box factories, and for this reason, over the years we have made increasingly machines compact in size in order to allow the company to place them in smaller spaces, to be able to use and monitor them by a single operator, allowing companies important operational and cost optimizations.
For the realization of high quality and valuable boxes, we offer you our case makers of the Darix line able to assemble more pieces of cardboard to form the outside of the luxury box and our Pendix, automatic laminator for applying the inside sheeton boxes of merit.
The Pendix automatic laminator can be used in line with our Turbo and Hektor cover machines or individually. The format change is quick and easy, entirely managed by computer.
Our semi-automatic or fully automatic case makers allow the creation of production lines with special shapes, such as “S” profile sides without any type of mechanical intervention, therefore without the need to make mechanical adjustments and replacements of mechanical parts.
